Red and Bonnie recently delivered two NJT Vancouver suitcases in Cuba, splitting them between two different children’s hospitals!
Bonnie delivered her supplies to Santa Clara’s Hospital Pediátrico José Luis Miranda, accompanied by Red. They also kindly brought crayons and other small gifts that staff provided children with illnesses such as cancer.
Earlier in their trip, Red delivered his supplies (shown below) to a doctor, shown here in a waiting area at Hospital Pediatrico Eliseo Noel Caamano in the town of Matanzas.
NJT Vancouver really appreciated this chance to reach children’s hospitals in two different towns with the same travellers!
