Truly the adventure of a lifetime! Took 3 full suitcases by sailboat to the super remote clinic of Wichub Nuala (San Blas islands, Panama). The hospital serves a population of 500 Kuna people. We sailed 40 hours through pretty rough seas from Cartagena to the stunning San Blas islands and were joined by the absolute best group of travellers from Holland, Germany, Switzerland, England and Canada.
