Here’s what Helen Harlan had to say about her experience delivering to Uganda:
“The experience was so rewarding! Due to the nature of the country and income – we had a bit of difficulty finding the clinic locations and were discussing the best way to find a clinic together with the group. We walked out from lunch in a small street and were directly across from a larger clinic. I stopped a car driving out with the CARE emblem to ask a question and we hit gold. We were introduced to a doctor who is over the region and he was delighted with the supplies. Everyone in our small group loved the experience! In the images you will find me: Helen Harlan, the other woman who also transported a suitcase: Carmen Manrique, the others in the group Christian Del Rosario, John Mejia, Maricel Moreno-Laraya, and Tiffany Felten. Thank you for your kindness to allow me to make a difference in the lives of others! Kindness Matters!”
Thank you so much, Helen!
