the hospital/ clinic was Pretty busy and clean, however the doctors I spoke with talked about a lack of basic surgical supplies and long wait times for heart surgery. I also met a doctor who was trained in Cuba but worked in the USA, but decided to come back and work at the hospital in Cuba.
– It is important for me to give back to humanity and the less fortunate wherever possible.
