“At the Red Cross office I was met by manager of a very small office, his regional director and woman from the hospital. Lots of discussion with my excellent tour guide before they accepted the case. Once opened and half emptied one called the hospital. She knew that they were totally out of intravenous attachments. A courier was rushed over.
Can’t imagine city of 60 000 with hospital without intravenous connections.
