“Travelling with my 3 sisters and 1 sister in law to Cayo Largo Cuba. One of my sisters is a retired family doctor and another speaks very good Spanish and was able to translate for me. We delivered the suitcase to the only medical clinic on Cayo Largo. Have learned there are no permanent residents here, all workers come and stay for 20 days on then 10 days off rotation. Clinic open 24 hours serves both Cuban nationals(free) and international tourists($$) with 5 doctors working on rotation. As you can see by the photos they were very happy to receive the donation and thanked the organization Not Just Tourists!”
