NJT-Ottawa traveller Fred G. writes: “Buenos tardes, Jacques. Just a quick note to let you know how things went with the drop off in Cuba. I split the load up between the pink travel bag I received and my backpack and pedaled to the town of Rafael Freyre (Holguín) where there is a hospital. I was taken to the administrator’s office where I showed the documents and unloaded the supplies. It is a very busy spot with lots going on that morning so I didn’t want to take up much of his time. Also, not speaking Spanish, I had little to say so I was soon on my way. In any event, they were very appreciative. Thank you so much to you and the rest of your organization for helping me play a small role in bettering the lives of others.
