Colonel Monte Dunard from Virginia had this to say: “At the end of Nov 2022 Colonel (ret) Monte Dunard, USMCR delivered almost 100 pounds of medical supplies to “Kate the Canadian” medic in Przemsyl, Poland. Kate was a Canadian Army medic, went to Ukraine to fight early in the war and then decided she was more valuable training new medics to support Ukraine.
She and her small team of two other former Canadian military medics train and deliver medical supplies to forward units.
Their efforts are noteworthy and deserve our praise for their selflessness work and leadership.

It is great working with basically my old community as I flew helicopters out of MCAS Tustin and El Toro for the Marines, flew for American Airlines out of SNA, ONT, and LAX from 1982-2004, lived in Mission Viejo and Rancho Santa Margarita until we sold the house while recalled to active duty in 2008.
