“Hi Mina, just back from Cuba. Delivered the case to a clinic in Banes. It looked more like something in Somalia or Rwanda. They couldn’t even afford light bulbs! Asked if they needed any specific items, the said “Everything”. They were using tape and wire to close major surgeries as there was no sutures. Here are the pics.”- NJT Calgary
