Codie and Lorie visit Santa Marta
Big thanks to Codie and her mother Lorie — now back from their first delivery in Cuba (for NJT Vancouver)! From what Codie told us, it couldn’t have gone more smoothly.
“We went to the Santa Marta Policlinico. It was quite simple. We showed the taxi driver at our hotel the address you gave us and it was just a 5 minute drive into the town.
We went inside and met with one of the staff members and relayed that we had a gift for them. She brought the doctor and the medical secretary to us and we went to her office to do the paperwork, photo and exchange.
The whole thing took about 15 minutes and they seemed familiar with NJT already!”
