Travellers Zsanett and friends delivered 4 suitcases to a hospital in Morón, Cuba!
Here’s what they shared with us:
“The hospital gave us real insight as to how blessed we are here in Canada because we have the necessary supplies when we need medical assistance. It felt good to deliver the supplies and we know it was very appreciated. It was important for us to bring the suitcases because, after getting to know the locals, we realized that life outside the resort looks very different for them. They don’t have access to basic necessities the way we do, and everyday life can be a struggle. If we can do small things to help alleviate some of that struggle, I think it’s the least we can do.”
