Traveller Marija delivered a suitcase to a hospital in Holguín, Cuba!
Here’s a little of what Marija shared with us:
“We are devastated about the situation that the Cuban people have been living in for decades. Until this trip, we were trying to help by bringing clothes, common over-the-counter medications, tipping generously and such. But this way you only help a very limited number of people and those are the ones who, generally speaking, are lucky to work in the tourism industry. When we heard about Not Just Tourists and their work, we thought that we could contribute to help a broader community.”
