Vancouver NJT announces our biggest single delivery to date — and what a nice story! Six suitcases were split between two health facilities in Cardenas, Cuba, thanks to a group of friends: Scott, Kimberly, Ricardo, Nicole, Amber and Niko.
Scott reported: “Life changing experience to be honest for us as something so simple for us, went soooo far to help their community in Cuba.”

This Cuba trip was to celebrate birthdays for Scott and Ricardo but they shared the party. The group brought 4 suitcases of supplies to the hospital and gifts for patients, kids included. (The other 2 suitcases went to Policlinico Heroes de la Moncado).
And Kimberly — a respiratory specialist — not only brought respiratory supplies but she explained their use to the doctors. You can see that in the 2nd and 3rd pictures here. Anton from Cardenas, also shown here, was facilitator and translator.
